World Conference registration includes
 a delegate badge and conference bag, all scientific sessions, access to the technical exhibition area and the scientific poster exhibition, an invitation to the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, 11 October, and online access to conference presentations after the event has taken place. 

Conditions of Payment All registration must be accompanied by the necessary payments (fees for registration, post-graduate course and accompanying persons) in euros only. Registration will be processed only upon receipt of payment. Any bank fees charged must be borne by the participant.

1 Union members receive a 50 euro discount on a full four-day registration for the World Conference; please note this discount may not be combined with any other discounted fee (including the rates for nurses and students). If you have questions, you may also contact The Union Membership team at membership@theunion.org.

Students: Students are persons in training and under 35. Those registering as students will need to show a valid student identification at the registration desk when they collect their registration pack at the conference. Note: The Union member discount may not be combined with any other discount.

3 Nurses: Those registering as nurses will need to show a letter from their employer stating that they are employed as nurses when they collect their registration pack at the conference. Note: The Union member discount may not be combined with any other discount.

4–5 One- or two-day registrations: It is possible to register only for one or two days of the conference. 

6 Post-graduate courses: It is possible to register only for a post-graduate course. The fee for each course is 100 euros for both course-only and conference delegates.

7 Workshops are free of charge for registered conference delegates. If you are not registered for the conference and wish to attend a workshop, you will be charged a 100 euro fee. 

8 Registered accompanying persons are entitled to attend the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception, and they have access to the exhibition area. They are not permitted to attend scientific sessions.
