Message of condolence to the people of Mexico

All our sympathies go to the people of Mexico affected by the recent earthquakes. Our thoughts go out to all those who have lost homes and loved ones. We wish strength and courage to the injured, and to the rescuers who are working tirelessly in Mexico City and surrounding area today. 

We would like to thank our remarkable partners in Mexico who under these tragic circumstances continue to offer their support in the preparations for The Union World Conference on Lung Health. Their resilience and determination to overcome adversity is humbling, and reminds us once again how honoured and privileged we are to be able to come together for the conference in Mexico.
