How do I register?
There are two ways to register: online and onsite.

Online payment
Online registration requires payment by credit card. The following credit cards are accepted:
- Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard. All credit cards will be charged in euros.
When your payment has successfully gone through, you will be sent a confirmation email with details of your registration. Keep this confirmation email as proof of your attendance.
Group registration
Group registration is also available through the online registration system. A minimum of 2 registrants is required.
Deadline for online pre-registration: 10 October 2017.
After this date, you may only register onsite.
Onsite registration in Guadalajara
Onsite registration will be available at the conference venue from 11 October at 07:00. Registration desks will be clearly marked and located near the entrance.

Onsite payment
You will be able to register onsite with one of the following payment options:
- International credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard
- Payment in cash will be accepted in Mexican pesos only.

07:00–18:00 Thursday, 12 October 2017
07:00–18:00 Friday, 13 October 2017
07:30–16:00 Saturday, 14 October 2017
Conditions of payment
All registration forms must be accompanied by the necessary payments (including fees for registration, post-graduate course and/or accompanying persons) in euros only. Registrations will be processed only upon receipt of payment. Any bank fees charged must be borne by the participant.

Letters of invitation can be requested online using the registration platform

Visas
If you are required to obtain a visa to enter Guadalajara, be sure to submit your visa application at least three months in advance. No refunds will be given due to non-receipt of a visa after 12 September 2017.
